Bay Area Sports Performance and Fitness focuses on injury prevention first followed by secondary fitness goals. Strengthening of muscles, ligaments and tendons is crucial to avoid injuries. Teaching proper exercise form/technique along the way helps member get in tune of their body.
Our strength and conditioning programs include variety, progressions and overload which will help members get stronger, build muscles, burn body fat, lose weight and improve daily activities.
