01. FITNESS ASSESSMENT / EVALUATION

Assessment covers medical history, fitness goals, nutrition, muscular imbalance testing and body fat measurements with a focus on educating you to learn and adapt to a new lifestyle.

02. NUTRITION

We will provide you with information and tips in order for you to make correct daily food choices. Fueling your body with the right amount of macro-nutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) is crucial for improving your overall performance.

03. STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Every program is personalized based on your goals, ability, lifting experience and your current lifestyle. Our focus is to build a strong foundation to avoid injures and at the same time help you lose/gain weight, burn body fat, improve muscular endurance, gain muscular strength, and increase flexibility.

04. TRACKING PROGRESS

Body fat measurements, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility is tested every two to four weeks. Our goal is to track your achievements but at the same time adjust your program so you can continue to see fitness results and continue to learn about your body.
